Working hand in hand.

We work collaboratively with you throughout the building process to ensure you get the best result and something we’re all proud of.

Step 1: Onsite Meeting

We start with an onsite meeting at your existing home or block of land to discuss your plans and budget. If you don’t have plans yet, we can recommend a couple of reputable architects that suit the project type and scale.

Step 2: Building Estimate

Once we have your plans, we can then prepare a project budget estimate for your approval. This estimate is based on past projects of a similar nature and current industry costs.

If you’re happy to proceed at this stage, we ask you to pay a small pre-contract administration fee to allow us to comprehensively price your project.

 Step 3: Building Quote

Throughout this stage we work closely with you and your architect to provide a comprehensive construction quote as per your specifications and data provided.  If you are happy with the proposed quotation we will then draw up building contracts to proceed.

Step 4: Building Contract & Documentation

The formal building contract will outline each construction stage, payment schedule, commencement and completion dates for your project.

Concurrently, we also prepare you project specification for approval, which documents all the details on your homes inclusions, including building materials, fixtures and fittings.

Step 5: Construction Begins

Once all the boring stuff is out of the way, we can get started on your new home, extension or building project. Depending on the size of the project it’s broken into stages as per your building contract.

Throughout the building process we will keep you informed, regularly meeting you onsite at key stages in the construction process, to ensure everything is going exactly as planned.

Step 6: Project Handover

Once the project is complete and the surveyor issues a certificate of occupancy (if required), we arrange for a professional cleaner to clean your new home, building extension or room.

Once this is done we meet you onsite, providing you with the keys (if it’s a new home) and giving you a run down on how to operate all the new features and appliances. We also provide you with a manual which includes all the relevant certificates and operating manuals.

 Step 7: Maintenance Visit

After a few months, we check in with you to ensure everything is in working order and address any issues. Of course, if anything requires urgent attention we ask that you call us immediately, so we can come out and fix the problem.
